I'm not Unwell, however to answer your question, Frank Lee, it's their fourth but really it's not. It's a joshua homme solo project aka The Desert Sessions in disguise, I suspect. This time they have Shirley Manson from garbage though I can't hear her on backing vocals on one song and Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top playing guitar on one song and I can make out that it is him.
