I very rarely make hamburgers but if I do, what makes a great sauce is if you mix some Greek yoghurt with some finely chopped fresh mint and spread it over the cooked beef patty. Give it a try sometime. The burger really comes alive!
Tonight? Me? I've done a nice chicken Korma with rice and naan bread.
