When you follow this link: distribution: OpenOffice.org P2P Downloads
you will see a box where you are asked:
1st: Select your version: choose 2.4.1
2nd: Select your platform comes up and choose: Windows
3rd: Select your language comes up. Choose English

I hope this will work for you. This file proved to be an awesome download test file to check torrent client settings, ISP throttling, etcetera.

Just checked it myself.
