 Vietnam was cool in November. It got quite cool at night. Still, Hanoi was worth it. I actually biked it around, which was okay. The History museum, the Revolution museum and the Army Museum are worth seeing. There it this weird display of parts of American and French aircraft in a sort of big pile,is the best I can describe it. A Vietnamese female soldier is pulling what appears to be the tailfin of a B-52. The Citadel is there too. That is the Army museum. The citadel is this old tower, you can climb up for a great view of the city. Wierdly, across the street is a statue of Lennin. Underneath it, young Viets were breakdancing. I thought this an intriguing contrast. Walking around Hanoi is quite rewarding too. I recommend it if you have not been there. They have good coffee chains too.
