First, you need to understand that it is illegal to sell Viagra through pharmacies in Thailand. The Chinese and Indian copies go by different names, but are illegal also.
That said, real Viagara is available "under the counter" in some pharmacies and it is also available in hospitals. But, to get it in the hospital, you have to see a doctor first and get him or her to prescribe it for you.
I'm sure that Viagara and it's Chinese and Indian copies are very popular with the Thais and the Chinese, so it's definitely being sold "under the counter". I've heard that it is being sold to farangs in some of the pharmacies in the Sukhumvit area, if so, it will be real, not chalk - I'm sure of that. Although, in some cases, it might be the Chinese or Indian version. Remember, these people are legitimate business people just trying make a little extra profit.
How to find it? Go into areas frequented by farangs and go from pharmacy to pharmacy asking until you find what you are looking.
To avoid "chalk" don't buy from a guy on the street that goes "Psst! Psst! or a gal with a strong husky voice.
