I like indian curries much more. does rogan josh, and masala count as curry? if so those ar emy fav's. Thai curries seem to be lighter, and i do like ghang phet, and a fried yellow curry with the soft shell crab. my wife whips up a great spicy red curry with corn and potatoes. eating the bread with a curry is much better than rice i think.
