It has been my mission for the last 6 months or so to compile a complete range of spices and other ingredients to make "proper" (English style) Indian food. I guess that answers the question

I'm not completely off Thai food, I eat it when I go out. At home it's European or Indian if I'm cooking. My other half now eats (most) Indian curries and loves them.

If anyone knows where I can (definitely) get fenugreek seeds please let me know!
