Khmer temples

Following on from the other Phnom Penh thread here are some more pics i've taken of khmer temples in thailand and cambodia


phnom rung in issan. pretty small and loads of people on this particular day. it's been kept in surprisingly good shape by the thais though.

next is prasat preah vihear just across from the thai border. it's an amazing temple built up on the edge of a cliff overlooking the cambodian plains. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prasat_Preah_Vihear

angkor .. if you've never been you're missing out! it's on the outskirts of siem reap which incidentally means siamese defeated in khmer
