Re: Greyhound, Soi Thonglor

I've eaten at Greyhound Emporium several times and once at Greyhound Siam Center.

That's the place I take my girlfriend for a celebratory splurge every time I get a raise or a

new job or some work-related success.

I've had some good dishes of various kinds, but I always order that Thai appetizer- I'm

forgetting the name- all the nuts and ginger and prik and stuff you eat on the leaves?

It comes out and just looks so good. Plus, many dishes their are on the heavy side, so no

need to pack it on with your starter.

Lots of people slag off Greyhound as a shallow "to be seen" fashionista place to be

avoided. Personally I couldn't care less who's strutting around. I go out to eat to eat.

Though I do enjoy the brief and vague illusion that I'm back in New York (particularlly in

the Emporium branch) for a bite.
