Race car driver movie has only one funny scene, unfortunately.

I saw The Good Shephard a couple of days ago (nearly 7 quid - holy fuck)

A complexly woven (lengthy) story about the origins of the C.I.A, that jumps back and forth in time.

Mmm, it was nicely photographed, and the script was good, but the casting was a bit off. Matt Damon was suitably steely and the opposite of verbose (what's the word?), but when he's meant to be 20 years older all of a sudden, it doesn't work for me. Maybe that's the make-up dept's fault!

His son also looks like a weird frog creature. You would have thought that the spawn of Jolie and Damon would be a bit better looking, no? Distracting.

However, the denouement (French word, means the culmination) is satisfying.
