so Gay Nigerian Muslims need not apply...........
Not sure about the gay bias though as so many gay Thais. Or do they just ignore it due to "consideration" but secretly hate them? I never got the feeling in my classes that was true. Yes, Laos causes giggles if you get them to say "I was in Laos" "I am from Laos" (for practice) or say Cambodia. And yes in that Thai Elephant movie the bad evil black Elephants are Cambodian!
But fillipino teachers seem to do ok. Even some of our parents use them to teach them English - prob as they are cheaper and usually pick up Thai easily.
Nigerians get the shite end of the stick everywhere. Even other black hate them!

Teaching in the classrooms here, especially at the high school level. Thai students constantly do grade or ridicule people from Laos. When asked if they have been there or know anyone there, they say no.
After watching the news on TV and reading the Bangkok Post. I have come to the understanding that most Thai people follow the example of their newly appointed leaders, that all Muslims are Terrorists and bad, and basically cannot stand any Muslims southern or out here in Minburi at any cost and will blame them for most of Thailand problems.
A friend of mine works for a private language school here. They are just starting up and of course want to pursue the “gold mine” of business. Human resources management.
The owner states, that she does not like: - Anyone from the Philippines, (not able to teach because they are dark, and cannot speak English).
- Nigerians.
- Muslims (Thai do not like them to teach their children),
- Gays (They are child sex perverts and cannot be trusted).
After making her statement, I asked why. She said that they do not make good teachers for Thailand society and will not even hire them to work for her. I asked her if her view is shared by all Thailand people. She said yes.
