No, you big fucking moron. The idea is that you hire the best person, regardless of race and or sexual preference. The idea, and you'd have to be a cunt on a grand scale to think it aint a good one, is to allow everyone an equal opportunity.

How do I feel when I see a Korean job ad that specifically asks for a North American female? Not that great, unsurprisingly.

Mind you Kerux, if there was a job ad that said, 'complete religious loonies that don't believe in dinosaurs are encouraged to apply'....
