Sadly discrimination law is often abused by those whom it is designed to protect. Not always but sometimes. Dishonesty, intellectual, monetary or moral is always a bad thing imho.

I would argue so, same as in other countries such as UK and USA who wish to have the benefit of capital inflow and who wish to join the wider capitalist society. The difference with the Thai is that s/he wants the benefit without the trade-off.
