Where to buy veggie ingredients in BKK?

Think I'll have another go at not eating meat, or at least cutting down heavily. For health / ethical / environmental reasons.

Easier said than done in Thailand.

Anyone know any good shops / supermarkets in BKK for buying veggie ingredients (soya products, pulses, beans, nuts etc)?

I know there's other threads on the topic (just had a quick search of the forum) but if anyone can recommend any veggie restaurants, that'd be much appreciated too. Especially in the Lad Prao / Huay Kwang / Chatuchak areas. I guess indian restaurants'd be a good bet (handy as I love indian nosh).

Thanks in advance!
