OK, bananas, mineral water, no sand, good shoes, knee brace. Check.

I just checked the net for potassium rich foods and raisins have 1020 mg potassium and 60 mg sodium. Bananas are at the bottom of the list with only 400 mg and 1 mg. Potassium and sodium work together, potassium on the inside of cells, sodium on the outside.
