What about Chondrotin/Glucosamine supplements?

I have been running consistantly. One problem I just solved is that my right calf/ankle use to cramp up on me whenever I go running. I found out that I was actually stepping onto my toes instead of my heal (my right-side is slightly retarded!). Now I am stepping correctly and have drastically reduced the cramping. So, Nat, make sure you use good technique.
