Re: Stopped smoking .... so easy !?

cold turkey mate, what does it do for you? make you feel relaxed in stressful situations? more relaxed than a none smoker? bollox!!
does it help you concentrate? more than a none smoker? bollox!!
when you have road rage does a fag cool you anger more than a none smoker? Bollox.

Truth is all you're doing buy smoking is trying to feel like none smokers do all the time.
does it make you feel more content than a none smoker feels after you've eaten?

honestly, to any one who is thinking of quitting just ask yourself what is it doing for you exactly? nothing is the answer, by stopping smoking you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
I might sound smug but i pity smokers now because i know how easy it is to stop and i know they, deep down, don't want to do what they're doing but can't see the wood for the trees. it's easy. just stop, that the top and bottom of it. Read Allen Karr's easy way to stop smoking, if you must, it will help you see how stupid smoking is (even if it has been written by a flat cap buffoon)!
