You won't get "fit" just by pumping iron alone, yeah you'll get big muscles but you'll sweat at the slightest bit of exertion.
I suggest a few good runs and a change of diet.
More fish like Salmon and salads, pasta, not too much rice, but if you can get brown rice even better, BBQ'ed stuff with salads from Arab town, Suk soi 3. All healthy wholesome stuff and see if you can switch to cereals for breakfast, all that kind of stuff keeps you going.
Junk food and fatty fried rices just clog you up and make you feel lethargic.
