I been running about 2-3 times a week, alternating between hill and flat runs. I used to go to the Gym on top of it but haven't in a while. I might just start soon.

I think pumping iron is equally as important as Cardio. Once you hit 40 muscle tissue is gradually replaced with fat. So pump yourself up!
