I used to hit the gym five times a week. I used to catalog every rep and set that I did, and included poundages in my training journal. This was awhile back. I used to do a lot of stuff, but not anymore.
Arnold used to be my hero. Now Bush and Brown are. Bush used to suck, but not anymore. Brown is a further chapter in the book of Blair to keep British troops in Iraq. Hopefully they won't pull out.
Now I exercise and lift my fingers. I pump iron with them when I hit these keys. Am I any healthier now than I was back when I was pumping iron so long ago? I go to the gym here in Thailand about once a year, but I do purposely try to lengthen my journey of walking by not take moto-taxis when it would be easier, even though it's harder on my penny loafers.
