That's why so many go to these "fad" places, work out under the tutelage of some iffeminate personal trainer who keeps telling you what you wanna hear and then afterwards go and eat some stodgy meal, or even worse, junk food.
Then you're back to square one again.
The personal trainers at them places aren't paid enough to be dieticians.
They should be using proper people with sports science knowledge and experience.
That's why boxing training has remained unchanged for almost 100 years.
