*ahem*....this is a recipe thread, ladies. Kindly keep your purses where I can see them.
Pauly: I'm not a wine maven...but I can tell you I drink only chilled light reds with my pasta: a Valpolicella (Central Chitlom-B599) would fit the bill nicely as would a Bordeaux or a Beaujolais. I haven't found a reasonably priced chianti that I like, however, the search is still on.
