TC, one time you mentioned eating a cashew pesto, so played around with that in stead of pine nuts. olive oil, garlic, local basel, cashews (crushed a bit as I find it easier to puree) I add the parmesian after with more crushed cashew nuts as the topping. Really enjoyable.
