I follow suite with the wine, the tuscana, only 1 glass as it was noon and i was driving. For a starter I had the smoked salmon on lightly toasted whole wheat. I have had better smoked salmon, nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed it...
Then, I had the spinach manacotti. That was priceless. The cream sauce, spinach filling, and even the shell, or especially the shell.

Thanks TC, will be taking the wife when she gets back to town.
