had a great trip down south to Koh Lanta for New year... bit of a drive though... 12 hours down and 14 back.. arrived home at 2.45am this morning and came into work well shattered at 8am... but well worth it.. we had a great time and saw some wonderful scenery and managed a day trip to the Phi Phi islands which included a trip to 'the Beach'... hope you enjoy the photos...

day2 saw us heading to the Phi Phi islands on a day trip... approaching Phi Phi Don...

a good trip but the Phi Phi islands IMO are spoiled now and way too commercial... good to see that Phi Phi Don has recovered financially from the tsunami though many of the people of the island will bear the mental scars for many years to come.. god bless them all....
