Rant Air Asia Rant

My frustrations with Air Asia came into full force today. I am trying to change my ticket online, as there is an option to be able to do this. For some reason it is telling me that there is an error, and they can't find my booking. So, I decided to call the Thai office today, because that is where I'll be flying out of. The lady had me repeat my booking number five times, and then once in awhile I'd get a muffled phone, and then she'd come back saying, "I can't hear you." I got the feeling she was doing it on purpose.

Then when she finally found it, she asked for my credit card number, and then she kept saying, "I can't hear you." So, I said I'd call back. When I called back, it sounded like she was on the runway, because there was so much noise in the background. Again, she said, "I can't hear you" so I yelled back to her, "How am I supposed to change my ticket when I can't hear you?," and then I hung up.

Crap service, and crap operators. So, I'm left with trying to call back another time when I feel a bit more calm.. never try to change a booking by phone is my advice to others.

Louis, maybe now I will join your 'boycott Air Asia' group.
