slightly embarrassing. I missed off an "im" before the "possible" ; the question should have read: "Is it IMpossible for someone to become destitute abroad?"

Now I understand the raised eyebrow, Bandini - I was getting all indignant at first!

I'd better put that right it in the post in question....
