In response to all: Yes, I am rather new to teaching 13-15 year olds. All my previous teaching experience has been with paying customers and usually on a one-to-one basis. Private TSEP schools in Thailand are a completely different game entirely! Many of the posts on this thread will be put to active use over the coming days. Thanks very much for all of the support.
