No!! I changed 15,000 dollars worth a couple of weeks ago. Still lost as I changed at 33.30 and should have done it at 31.90. But I am feeling better. Not to many baht left in Thailand these days.

...the baht weakened even after 2 interventions by the BOT...predictions are it will find a floor at 35 or so.

....that may be the time to do a transfer in.

The pound seems to be continually weakening against the baht. It's down to just over 62 today according to the BOT website.

If it goes down to about 35-40, I think I'll fly back and have a cheap holiday in the UK.

Sweet, I am planning a large transfer from my bank in my home country. Maybe I should hold off a few days to see if it weakens any more.

Although this flies against my personal investing nature I would suggest a look at the Gold market might be warranted. Granted I am talking about selling and not buying .... this excludes me since I have no gold but lok at the gold prices and you may find a sellers market over the next few days.

Damn I had to top up my Retirement visa account back in April. The baht was just a little above 30. Would have had at least a 100,000 more of those pesky little baht if it were today.

If it hits 40, might buy a condo.
