Interesting...

Parties...so fun. Went to one the other night. Was a networking blast. No ajarns.
I haven't had so much fun since I don't know when. Actually, there were a few parties here in Ayutthaya to which I went, but this one was definitely interesting. It really reminded me of the olden days...say fifteen or twenty years ago. Meeting some of the people that I met.
Got a call from an old friend of mine today. He's teaching here and was in the U.S. Army. Kind of retired, but he was asking me for some relationship advice. Always willing to help a friend, I pointed him in the right direction to find some literature for his situation.
Yesterday there was another invitation to a dinner party. Good food...some of the people I've known for quite awhile. Dart game.
Went to a dog show yesterday. They had it laid out quite nicely. Professional. There was one judge from Australia there, one from the Philippines, and the others looked Thai. It's nice to see something like this in this town. It can really remind you of what community is all about. Trophies, awards, ribbons. Reminds me of the Clydesdale horses I used to work with back home. Competitions, managing papers, etc. My former boss there flew in a charm from Scotland.
