The young people of Australia need some hope. Hope is the key to a happy future

Fundamentally Law is the basis of civilized dealings in society without killing each other, and as a method of solving problems. If we don’t have a good Fundamental Law system that applies equally to everyone..Then we might as well not have Law at all.
By stealth in this country the powers to be have changed the meaning of Law. Where it is now a matter of the Government or rather the Parliament having control of the people, which is not the true purpose or intention of the Law. The Key thing about Law as Jeffery Robinson QC put it "Its got to have a system of Law which has inherent within it that a citizen can defeat the Government if necessary. We now have in Australia a system of Law where the citizen can’t beat the Government and which the system has been rigged so the citizen can’t defeat the Government.
The Judiciary and courts are supposed to be independent of Government...However this has been long proven to be untrue. It is set up in the Constitution of Australia, (a British law), as an instrument of Government. The Judiciary is chosen by the Parliament and in particular “How can the High Court have "Manifest Independence" from Government, when the Prime Minister appoints Judges.
(Lawyer’s reading this please Note* The Hayne Decision 1998: Director of Public Prosecution Act 1999 sect 1, 2, 3 : Price v Ferris (1994) 34 NSWLR 704 at P : Goods and Services Act 1999 Section 165.55 : The Ryan case.)
People have to obey the Law. So should Governments. Though Judgments and statements from the chief Justice of the High Court it seems that we are not entitled to fair and Just laws. Or as another High Court Judge put it The Courts have a duty to protect the system, not to interpret and apply Laws correctly.
It seems that the Law has become an executive instrument whose job it is to safeguard revenue and money coming in to pay their own saleries. They are not prepared to make Government obey the Law. The Courts are not prepared to say "this is not done the correct way it must be fixed.
The fact is we have a Beaurcracy in Australia that has inherited its original powers from the convict days. It hasn’t changed its methods since the convict days. It hasn’t changed its attitudes since the convict days. They regard themselves as the Public Masters, Not as Public Servants.
Under Section 51 of the Australia (British Law) Constitution the Government has authority to make Laws for Peace, order and good Government. If fair Laws are not Laws for peace, order and good Government what are?
Just about every major revolution by force throughout history started on the basis of unfair laws. At the moment in this country we are seeing normal people bringing cases to court because Lawyers won’t put it in because they are part of the system and thus part of the problem.
There are those who say don’t blame the system. I say to that “we should then blame individuals. The individuals who are our purported masters are milking the sacred cow of this country. They know their mistake and are worried about their superannuation.
There is a revolution going on a revolution by force. Nobody is shooting (Who would you shoot anyway to get a result?) This revolution is by force this revolution is the “force of Law”. The citizens of Australia are asking for accountability of individual in power.
(With power comes Responsibility) The situation now has those in power not being accountable.
Australia under the Law as it stands now, is a self Governing Colony and therefore not a Sovereign Country under the charter of the United Nations and therefore ineligible for membership.
It has become apparent to me (and others) that the Government has known about its deficient legality since 1973 and has done nothing to legitimize the legal authority of Government.
The 1999 referendum was a smoke screen to keep people attention away from the real issues. (As was the Australia card was a smoke screen to ward off informed debate about the tax file number).
The Future of Australia belongs to Australians, not just the Government, Beaurocracy , Judges or the elders of multinational corporations. The young people of this country need some hope. Hope is the key to a happy future.
