I am writing this blog because whatever Thailand throws me it surely doesn't get more stressful than this!!!...Read it back later Ss - read it back every darn time you feel stressed ever again!!!
My girls (all 3 of them) are currently visiting relatives miles away - sorted getting them back for vaccs. and sorted getting them back to relatives. Sorted visas...So far so good...
My house is in a state of "organized chaos" - I know "what pile is what" but I promise that you would never believe that I was leaving this country next week if you walked through my door - You'd just think I was a messy mare!!!
I will spare myself and anybody reading this the boredom of my stressing to date. I will go from today:
Today my partner and I hired a van and did our very first car boot sale. We took all books and "tat" to the "bargain hunters" and made £100 profit (after cost of van and fee for pitch). We then used the van to drop all the rest at a charity shop and to cart larger items of furniture to my sister's for storage.
Tomorrow the children are returning from relatives. My eldest has a party to attend and is sleeping at her mate's house thereafter. We have a chap coming to view all antique furniture (yup! I like that stuff!!!) and then we will cart all he doesn't want to my sister's to add to storage. We also need sort our own clothes and send all and everything (but the minimum) to charity in order to make space for the mountains of "trinkets" my girls INSIST on taking...
Saturday is my youngest's first birthday and the day is pretty much taken up by relatives wanting to see her on this day (coupled by us DUMPING MORE STORAGE ON RELAIVES!!!.) My eldest returns from "sleep-over" amongst the chaos to join the celebration.
Sunday is "re-painting the kitchen day" (this sounds daft but I have to do it or else we won't get the bond back given the marks the furniture has made on the walls...)
Monday I am getting married. Make buffet during the morning, get married in the afternoon, all and sundry make a mess in my house until such time as they see fit to leave!
Tuesday is CLEAN UP and make sure all sorted day while drinking "Rescue Remedy" like water...
Wednesday we leave.
But ALL'S GOOD - Nobody has knocked on the door armed with a straight jacket yet...
