It's easy to blame the schools.
Obviously the schools have a responsibility, but your arguments ignore the simple fact that Thailand attracts large numbers of unsavory and irresponsible...

I've never understood 'last minute' people and how they allow themselves to lead their lives in such a manner. I've worked with many guys who time things so that their alarm goes off...
