Thanks Whitey, I'll look for that!! It could well be as it times out a lot.
Hmmm
Sounds like proxies are more hassle than their worth - especially if they can't play the youtube videos anyway.
My problem is that my TV doesn't have UBC (and I ain't paying to have it installed since I'm not sure how soon I'll be switching to another apartment). So the only TV I pick up is BBC World and Thai television - which, let's be honest here, is about as entertaining as Thai music.
So my entertainment is mainly made up of: TV shows downloaded from utorrent, Panthip DVDs and ... youtube.com
flurl.com is okay .... but are there any other good video sharing sites out there anyone can recommend? Sites that have classic comedy, British TV shows, documentaries, music vids etc
Cheers

I downloaded it but, despite all my efforts, the screen comes up with a big message that reads "You may have Java switched off or you need to update your flash player"Originally Posted by steveo

Anyone who wants to download TOR, pm me for an address to download it that is NOT blocked. I'll keep it just to PM requests so that it stays unblocked.
It's the Privoxy/Tor/Vidalia bundle that will work with Firefox out of the box so if you don't have Firefox, download it now then install TOR bundle.
I'd suggest proxifying your entire Windows environment to be on the safe side, but I need to install it and play around with it a bit before letting you know how to do it that way.
Maybe someone can post more instructions about how to do it without me needing to boot into windows and playing with it for a few hours.
Magpie, try running the file tconfig.exe which is located in the "app" folder before running the torpark.exe
If that doesn't work. I'd UNINSTALL flash and java and reinstall newest. I've had problems with Java too. I thought I had the most recent but read somewhere that updating was no good, have to actually UNINSTALL and reinstall.
Hope Tconfig works on the first shot for you, worked for me.
Thanks mate...I'll try it.
Sniper, I never got that email![]()
