I have true Internet and the speed is 1024/512. On their home page you can check local speed. Should the speed 1024? Most of the time it has been around 900 or less but this last week it has been around 1500. I'm a little confused and does it mean I have a faster speed this week?

I routinely get higher than I pay for from True - always have. I do a lot of torrenting and over the years have found the perfect combination of torrents/settings/trackers to maximize my speed.

A friend told me that they won't let you downgrade once you've upgraded.He complained because after upgrading he saw no improvement in speeds even though he was paying more money.
I had a good experience with the staff at my local Big C shop,the actually checked my phoneline? to see if it would increase before I went for it.Actually thinking about going for it again.
