I got the Grindhouse film from Demonoid in around 7 hours or so (while downloading another 20 odd tings). Sometimes even with few seeds/peers I get mental speeds (160 kbps plus).
Grindhouse/Death Proof is a real Axxo one Trep mate! For sure!!! Check his profile etc. if his name is in green I don't think it can be faked???

Oh and I think...or would guess that as it's external you still get the mininova etc. seeds but demonoid only has 4 on it???

If axxo puts them on Demoniod himself I don't think it can be faked (some people include his name in the title though).

The one on demonoid was external. I wish I checked it more thoroughly, i'm not an expert on fake torrents forensic science.
And another problem - I don't have time to watch all the suff I download. Grindhouse has to wait at least until weekend.

Good film though mate....only half of Grindhouse...but damn good!

 I agree - good movie, excellent quality torrent too (as always from aXXo!)
I had hoped it would be the full Grindhouse feature though - I wanted to watch it the way it was made really ..... have to wait for that I suppose. Can't find a torrent for Planet Terror?

I've seen a guide somehwere to all these abbreviations - TS, CAM, RIP etc.
You can sort out the crap just by reading the name.
The one I can't remember is R5. Usually the quality is very good.
Actually some cams are pretty good nowdays, too, and thanks to folks on Usenet many come with separate "sample" files you can download for preview.
Spynova also offers screenshots free for non-members for its cam torrents.

I always wait for a DVDrip - I don't enjoy the seedy quality ones and don't risk DLing them. I'd rather wait a month or two for a decent torrent ..... very often wait for an aXXo release unless I'm desperate to see something!

R5 for 'region 5' DVDs. Often pirated I think ..... because they are released much earlier than other regions - therefore the quality ain't as good as a full DVD release, but better than a cam or TC version.

TC - telecine is a way of transferring cinema release to video.

R5 - region 5 dvd, thanks for the tip.
Screeners are pretty good, too.
"The holiday" was released as a screener many many months before the official release. "Highlander the source" is still not out but the screener was available about half a year ago.
I usually download good cams for popular movies and then rips to watch them again if they are any good. I didn't want to wait for Spiderman3, for example, and I'm not going to download Pirates3 no matter what.
