Thread: What is advantage of transport map on mobile application.

Dear every body,
Now, I very interest in J2ME, Mobile application and especialy transport map on mobile application. I need to know what is advantage of transport map or everything that is relevant of map on mobile phone for transport or traveler.
How can I use or produce it. If I need to know how can I go to somewhere at the time I don't know where is my position, I mean lost the way.

as a java programmer for more than 6 yrs...i can tell u j2me's got a
long way to go...i mean how many people can u imagine chatting with their cell-phones ? wouldn't they rather talk ?
weather reports and airline schedules are a different matter...they're
doable....
but not mobile chat ! lol....
as far as getting lost ....gprs has been in use for sometime now...
then the matter of java enabled phones....how many could afford that...
and don't even talk of mobile phone shopping or payments...
people in asia are still very skeptical about giving out their credit card no's....and e-shopping in asia is not on the same level as it is in the west...

...just my 2 baht...form your own opinions....

I would to know that may it be posible. If I lost in my way or I need the good path to go someWhere, I can use GPS Transmision for find out where I be right or the good path to go some place that I want.

I need to know What is application to process in this solution now.
