You guys have to watch that clip on youtube, it's about the difference between a PS3 and WII console. It's hilarious !!

Hey I know some folks who have bought all three -- PS3, Wii and XBox 360. I would rather choose wisely though as my house is cluttered with enough electronic stuff. I just packed that logitech G25 wheel back in the box coz it was just too distracting for work (but fun as hell to play with)!

I'd take the Wii anytime, but I like what PS3 has to offer

and hey... sometimes beefy women are...

I've got both. I play the PS3 a lot more than the Wii. The Wii was fun at first, but the games got boring after a while since most of them suck.

Looking purely at the video, of course I'd go for the Wii.

I've got all three and I'd probably say while the PS3 is my fave I'd probably go for the 360 as the games are a heck of a lot cheaper.

Wii is fun for a bit, but gets a bit old a bit quick!!! As per above.

Wii you can play drunk with your friends, nit with 13 year old german kids as part of your clan or whatever

The only things, though they are major considerations, for me that make a Wii purchase justifiable over a 360 or a PS3 are Mario and Zelda. I've not seen many other games that I overly fancy. The 360 on the other hands has tons of games that will be dirt cheap too with a chipped system and they include Gears of War 2. The PS3's range of games is still piss poor. Metal Gear looks handy enough but I didn't really take a great shine to its predecessors, stealth doesn't really interest me as much as wild and gratuitous violence. You can't chip it either and even if you could bluray discs and burners are far too expensive.

Hard to mate as they all have exclusives and all have pros and cons.

They don't take up a lot of room if you have everything well organised and that.

I paid 10K...I think it was slightly used though...my mate just got one for a similar price.....he had his 'game man' sort it out...do you want me to have a word with him?

Not so much in it now...PS3 has some good exclusives...Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted (wicked game), Siren (I think this is exclusive), PAIN (love it), Warhawk, Elefunk, to name but most of them

Also the new Metal Gear solid doesn't not have to be stealth at all, some superb/amazing firefights in it. Also Little Big Planet looks a bit special!

If it was chippable (which as you say it's not currently...and probably won't be any time soon) you'd hope to play them via a hard drive rather than burning to blu ray.
