Not much difference from 9.5 beta that has been out for months. The only noticeable thing is smooth address field search of visited sites, it used to be a memory hog on my computers.
Check out "dragonfly" - under tools/advanced/developer tools, though that is still in "alpha" state.
Having said that - Opera rocks. Custom CSS, custom javascripts, block content feature - unbeatable.
