Re: Better to have Mac or PC in Bkk
The reality is that if all of use decided to go out and buy a Mac, the company wouldn't be able to satisfy the demand and their business model would collapse.
In fact they don't want ALL of use to become Mac users, only select few [idiots] who buy into their propaganda.
That makes thread like this an example of spam - they send a million invitations hoping to get 0.0001% replies.
I wonder if people buying Macs will have to join in spamming discussion boards, too. Is it in the Mac manual or something?
>>>
Does this board have some kind of filter against Macheads tirelessly pushing their computers on people who'd never buy them again and again and again and again?
Do you, Macfans, have any decency?

Re: Better to have Mac or PC in Bkk
OP asked a valid question. he got a discussion....perhaps if you want pc only discussion trep you should go join a dedicated board?

Who'd thought that Zehner's contributions qualified as a discussion.

Re: Better to have Mac or PC in Bkk
I'm not wound up, I just don't want to wade through two dozen of one-liners to find anything of value. I don't even pause to read your posts, Zehner.
So far, after 13 pages, I learned how synchronising with mobile phones works on Apple, and that there's some sort of a way to run Mac OS on a PC.
That's a very poor value considering the time spent, and I still have half of last week's database left to read.

Re: Better to have Mac or PC in Bkk
what would you like me to do trep? write a long fucking essay on my mac and why i enjoy using it? if i did that you'd be quoting it til the day you die
you have already admitted that you never either used or owned a mac which tells me you don't know what you're talking about. i use a pc everyday and it's fine for uncool and poor muppets but i like a bit of style when i get home so switch to the mac
reading your ill-informed, pompous posts is quite a chore trep which is why i usually only scan them for the keywords to quote and wind you up again
lovely

Good question Trep! let me think...urmmm what about? nah maybe nah not him either errrrrrrr.
Sorry, in answer to your question "Who'd thought that Zehner's contributions qualified as a discussion" I would have to quote Vivian Stanshall and say "buggered if I know" Though I would hazard a guess that Z has vast experience with being buggered.

Re: Better to have Mac or PC in Bkk
Microsoft's Vista "Mojave Experiment"
"Microsoft basically did a blind taste test, like the old Pepsi-Coke ads, with a bunch of Vista haters and skeptics in San Francisco and recorded the results. They were shown software that was described as Microsoft's next operating system, but actually it was Vista, and they mostly loved it.
Of the 120 respondents polled, on a scale of 1:10 where 10 was the highest rating, the average pre-rating for Windows Vista was 4.4. After they saw the demo, respondents rated Mojave an average of 8.5."
