You'll have to complain to Avi Tevanian and Next - that's where it started.

I think the reasoning is that they have no need to be compatible with anything but themselves. NeXt was a bit more backwards / cross-compatible. Once they became Apple, there was no longer any need.

Not really disagreeing.

Well. 1 more day and we will finally see how Apple is reacting to Android and what real changes they're making to iOS. iOS 5 will be the biggest thing. They better deliver or i will be pissed.

I'm looking forward to the live blogging. I am surprised at how much I enjoy live blogging of events, I really thought I would find the experience a bit too passive.

EDIT: I suppose this thread will heat up too. I'll try to time it so I can be here for the turtlenecks and shinnies, I mean fun and lulz.

Steve is a great salesman. Samsung, Lenovo, HTC, they all try to copy the Apple keynotes, but it ends up being some guy who barely speaks English with 0 personality.
