About 4 days ago I wanted to DL a movie from btjunkie (using them for years) and a few seconds after starting the DL a message appeared; Interupted.
Tried a few other titles and the same result.
Using a proxy the DL is working no problem. Interesting...or not...

The torrent tracker file stops downloading or the movie itself? Lately, I've been seeing a lot of the tracker files stopping mid way through download (they less than 100Kilobytes) so that I have to go to a different torrent site to find the file. It has happened from a few torrent sites linked from torrentz.com including pirate bay.
If the movie itself is being blocked then your isp might be blocking torrent traffic. Who is your isp by the way?
No problems with Filesonic downloads...
Hmm, interesting; maybe selective? Don't really know, but within minutes of failing, I went to the proxy and bang...in fact DL complete.

Oops, didn't notice that you had the isp in the title. I run into the same thing with true so either all isp's are blocking downloads from certain torrent sites or its a connection issue. Hu hu, do you use pirates bay or any other torrent sites? I'm curious if you are seeing it from pirates bay trackers.
Well duh, thats a direct download site.
