Thread: Panasonic cameras.

Is there a website showing prices of these in Thailand? In particular the compact digital ones.

My friend is over from England and he's looking to buy a couple, but you get some cracking deals in the UK, so I wasn't convinced they would be cheaper here.

Bangkok is a chore for me, so we would only be making a trip if it was worth his while.

Possibly a phone number of a known dealer(English would need to be good) if anyone has one.

Having been interested in the hard-to-find LX5 for a while now, I've compared prices in Thailand with both the UK and Canada. It's just a wee bit more expensive here as far as I can tell, and considering the possible warranty problems back home, it seems wiser to look for a good deal there rather than buy one here. Same probably goes for the whole line, but maybe not.

just recently (6 months) got the LX5, very happy with it. I could have got it cheaper in Canada but as you mentioned warranty issues etc. I got mine at big camera.

How much did you pay? They come and go at my local Big Camera but usually only the white model.

I think you will get cheaper than powerbuy. I used to have a card from a dealer in Pantip, but I can't find it.
