One day, one of my intelligent students told me that he had informed his parents about it and they are very happy. One older student said to me that she cannot promise that she will not go to 7-11 because her parents will rather choose 7-11 than local shops. This makes me feel very sad because somehow the vast majority of Thailand do not think for themself. Thailand might end up like Argentina one day if we continue to be so blind. I just thought that if I have a bit of knowledge and I may be able to give some good attitude to younger generation, things may change for the better for this country. I sometimes wonder though if we still have any hope at all?

7-11 is a franchise owned by Thai people not by Southland Corporation in Colorado. The truth is the food is probably more healthy from 7-11 because there is a health standard that is maintained including expiration dates. Granted I would not want my children to eat lunch at 7-11 every day as the majority of food is processed but that is the parents choice to educate their children on how to eat.

I pulled my daughter out of a Christian school because her music teacher told her she "was going to hell", it just so happens I am a professor of philosophy and Buddhist studies and I told the teacher not to teach religion and I would not teach music. So, unless you are a health teacher.... you see where this is going.
