They may come out with another one. Mini-me was on a reality show called Surreal life. Have you heard of this show? (an American show) On one episode he got drunk and ran around the house butt naked - classic.

Yeah that's the one mate, ta. Great book.

I agree with you about Cormac Mc Carthy. All The Pretty Horses was a pleasure to read for me.
Have you read The Crossing yet? It's the second in that "trilogy". Sad, beautiful, and absolutely compelling, a genuinely brilliant novel.

Re: Best book you've ever read?

Hmm EZ ,
Best Series ..
The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever by Stephen Donaldson .

Best Stand Alone .... Homers the Odyssey.

Great Childrens Book..The Iron man by Ted Hughes , Ive been reading this one to my EP2 class and they love it.
Just read one Paragraph and explain away using board illustrations , its a very visual read and the kids can draw their own version of event snapshots afterwards.
I read this book myself when i was about 10 years old and never forgot it !

The most impressive book I've read in the last year was 'Atomised' by Michel Houellebecq.

Re: Best book you've ever read?

Impossible Question.

The best book I've read recently was 'One Hundred Years of Solitude' by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
