I've not had cider in years...the closest thing I found was an apple flavoured alcopop calling itself cider.
How about some real class Chris....get the White Lighning in!!

I like ajarn.com. It is a fun place. I was going to get out my list of great grievances, grandiose gripes, grand groans, grave grumbles and my granduer of grating grim grisly grime, but I won't, because I can't stop growing with the gruesome gritty grubby and grotesque grin.

Fair enough, but they're not on your menu.
Any chance of getting Bass? Sorry to be fussy, but John Smiths is tasteless and Newky is a bit expensive at around 150B for a small bottle.
Good luck though. If KK says your nosh is good, then you'll not go far wrong.
Hi,
They are all on our drinks menu ....
We are selling Newky at 140.
Would love to get Bass, will do all i can to widen our range of beers...also working on Olde English Cider.
Cheers

I think this is the third name for this place after Delaneys & Shenanigans. Once again, it's another generic Oirish pub, but this one has a difference; a lethal iron, spiral staircase that will take half your head off if you're not looking where you're going after one too many. The menu is OK, but you have to select your vegetables separately, and this adds to the price (as does the VAT and service charge). The breakfast for 300฿ (plus VAT & whatever else they feel like) is bloody good though. It gets pretty busy in here, so the place does get quite lively. Much better than O'Reilly's over the other side of Silom, I reckon.
Guinness, Kilkenny & Old Speckled Hen.
Extra charges, pricey food.
It's changed name again now to Molly Malones (also of Pattaya and Phuket)
They've gotten rid of the iron staircase too. Got Flip bands on the weekends and a great Sunday roast buffet for 350baht.
They have also...wisely...reduced the price of jugs on the weekend to 150baht (heineken, tiger and singha) from the previous rip-off price of 220baht.
Sukhumvit Soi 4 is home to the only genuine Irish pub in Bangers. It's owned by Gerry from Dundalk and it's a great little pub with decent Guinness and friendly staff.
They have specials every day....Guinness 140baht, Jameson buy 1 get one 1 free all day Sunday.
It's also the only "Irish" pub that shows the GAA matches!
It's about as Irish as Cromwell's crack and is another huge wooden monstrosity devoted to the glorification of Darby O'Gill as actual history.
Food is expensive (Pad Thai is 180baht) as is the beer but most of the tourists who fall in here don't care. It's owned by the same folk as Robin Hood and O'Reilly's.
