About LinkBacksDark Laos beer is available at Robin Hood near Phrom Pong, but paang maak maak. I think it is about 140 a small bottle. Happy hour beer Laos regular is only 60 baht. I like dark beers, but it isn't worth the premium IMHO.

Went looking last weekend. No sign of old Mango Bar and new one may take a while to open. Found the Dark stuff in the Soi 8 pub, think about 95 baht. Am interested in finding an outlet which could supply BL in crates... a crate a month (12 bottles) would go down a treat, but at present the export is heavily limited, and, hardly surprisingly, well priced-up.
