Shit I made up a shitload of carnitas with guacamole, salsa, chips, and cheese. Sunday was a nice meal. Matty, eric, and panny were over as well.

    Re: Proper Steaks

Probably not quality meat but CP Freshmart has had a sale on beef (at least near me). 50% off and the cuts look decently marbled for Thai beef. They are a little thin but that's expected in Thailand. They come vacuum packed and frozen. I'm thawing out 2 ribeyes at the moment. They're about 3/4" thick. The amazing part is the price. I got about 7 semi-decent steaks for about 250 baht. Even if the meat isn't wonderful, it's a great price. I've paid close to 400 baht for just 1 good steak at Villa. The quality isn't the same but the price is nice. I'll cook them up after they thaw out and let you guys know how they were.
It's like I'm speaking a foreign language or something...
