Most MA students in English Lit departments get paid to teach 1st year courses while they're studying. I made a virtual career out of it.

I don't teach any more... work at a university in Thailand marking midterms and hanging out with young people... like that. More simulacrum than virtual.
I'm surprised there isn't a wall along the 49th parallel.

We've virtually had one since a little after 9/11.
It might be surprising for some to know that the Scots got on very well with the French.
The founders of Canada were all products of the Scottish Enlightenment. (second generation of course)
