They're ridiculously expensive here. I take fish oils for the 3-6-9 combo.

I just discovered a place that sells them here ridiculously cheap. Do you have 'Trader Joes' in Canada? Its a grocery store that carries your typical grocery stuff along with unique products/snacks..etc.

They also carry a suppliment line. I can get a 90 day supply for $20 usd.

I am not sure what the difference is between the suppliments and fish oils?

I'm not in Canada. I'm not sure ir Trader Joe's is in Canada, it wasn't when I moved away 3 years ago. Last year I got people to pick up supplements and bring them here. Fish oils are reasonably priced in Thailand, but vitamins, protein supplements etc. are really expensive.

the problem for most people is they start too fast and fuck themselves up

it will give you an easy 12 week program tjhat will have you doing 5K within that time

also look at a site called cool runnings

correct footwear is essential unless you are zola budd
